What we collect
Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email, business or profile name, public website or social links, the option that describes you, your goal and challenge, services or package of interest, timing and — only if you choose to share it — a budget range. We also record the page you enquired from and a one-way hash of your network address, used only to limit abusive repeat submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.
Client work
If you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver the agreed work, such as goals, brand assets, analytics screenshots you choose to upload, messages, files, approvals and reports. We never ask for your social-platform passwords.
How we use it
- To review and reply to your enquiry and assess whether we are a good fit.
- To deliver, manage and improve the services you have agreed to.
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not publish client identities, results, screenshots or testimonials without written permission.
Who can access it
Enquiries are visible only to authorized Valkrion staff responsible for new enquiries. Client records are visible only to the team assigned to that client and to authorized administrators. For continuity, quality control or dispute handling, authorized members of our Directorate may access client communications; such access is limited to legitimate purposes. Clients can never see other clients' information.
Service providers and international processing
We use third-party providers to run this website and our systems — for example website hosting and database storage, and an email delivery provider for notifications where configured. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use providers that apply appropriate security measures. The current list of providers is available on request.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete it on request where we are not required to keep it. For client engagements, our working target is to delete or anonymise applicable data 180 days after the engagement ends, subject to legal obligations, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, security needs and backup cycles.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing valkrionmarketing@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
